Robin A. Grant is a professional writer, researcher, producer and editor with over two decades of experience. Robin's portfolio ranges from technical writing and medical research to short stories and television production. Her services also include instructional design, diversity training, lean manufacturing, corporate proposal writing and photography.
Robin is a graduate of the University of King's College School of Journalism (2000) and a the Masters of Education program at Memorial (2017, Fellow, School of Graduate Studies). She has also served as a columnist with the Telegram's Community Editorial Board, a lecturer for the Memorial University Department of English, and an annual presenter at Memorial's Student Leadership Conference.
A dedicated community activist, Robin combined her passion for learning, the arts, and activism, and founded For the Love of Learning, Incorporated [www.ftlol.org], an arts based not-for-profit organization dedicated to the education and employment of resilient youth in Newfoundland & Labrador. She's also worked with manufacturing programs across the country to develop NOC classifications, helped local, national and international organizations develop diversity training initiatives, designed courses for the National Research Council, and much more.
A self-proclaimed autodidact polymath, Robin's skills are continuously expanding. She flourishes in environments that promote opportunities for growth, innovation, learning and empowerment.
Robin currently resides in Halifax, Nova Scotia, Canada.
